Byeollae Energy obtained approval for the Community Energy System project in Byeollae Residential District, Namyangju in 2009 and constructed an eco-friendly and highly-efficient cogeneration plant. We provide convenient and safe district heating and cooling service to approximately 60,000 households in the Byeollae and neighboring districts and sell electricity at the Korea Power Exchange, contributing to reduction of power shortage in the capital area and energy consumption reduction of the country.

Moreover, we established a thermal network with Yangju Cogeneration Plant and supply heat more effectively, which in turn helps improve the air quality and expand energy service.
